Monique’s career has spanned leadership roles across some of Australia’s largest financial institutions, including Westpac, and National Australia Bank. Most recently, as Head of Operations and Finance at Scotiabank Australia, Monique oversaw lending operations, financial management, governance, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to this, Monique held leadership positions with Westpac and National Australia Bank, managing multiple Lending and Credit Operations teams across Institutional and Business Banking. This background provides Monique with a unique perspective on how Lenders assess applications and what it takes to achieve successful outcomes for borrowers.
Monique holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts from the University of Sydney. Outside of work, Monique has 3 young children who enjoy the outdoors and love exploring the Eastern Beaches.
