Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to clients of Azura Financial who receive a Settlement Hamper as part of their home loan settlement.

    • Entrants must be 18 years or older and Australian residents.

  1. Promotional Period

    • The promotion opens on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEDT on 1 December 2025.

    • The major prize draw for the $1,000 gift card will take place on 12 December 2025 and will be announced on Azura Financial’s social media accounts.

  1. Entry Conditions

    • One entry per settlement is permitted.

    • Entries must be submitted within 30 days of settlement to be eligible for the prize draw.

    • If the entrant’s social media profile is private, a screenshot of the post must be emailed to [email protected] within the same 30-day period to qualify.

  1. Prizes

    • One (1) $1,000 gift card

    • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The $1,000 grand prize winner will be announced publicly on the Azura Financial social media accounts on 12 December 2025

    • Winners will be contacted via DM or email within 3 business days of the draw.

    • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 10 business days, Azura Financial reserves the right to redraw.

  1. Usage Rights

    • By entering the promotion, participants grant Azura Financial permission to re-share submitted content on its official social media channels, website, and marketing materials.

  1. Disqualification

    • Azura Financial reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these T&Cs or attempts to manipulate the competition.

  1. Privacy

    • Personal information collected (e.g., name, social handle, email) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Azura Financial’s privacy policy.

  1. General

    • Azura Financial reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
