About the Role

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This is a three days per week, office-based role supporting the leadership team and broader business. You’ll manage office workflows, coordinate key internal meetings and events, oversee staff onboarding and IT setup, and keep the office functioning at a high standard. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating order and efficiency, and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality operational support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, and supplies & restock office consumables and manage purchasing.
  • Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, building management, IT, merchandise).
  • Maintain tenancy administration and tenant communication.

 

Team & Leadership Support

  • Coordinate weekly leadership meetings, monthly team meetings, and broker forums.
  • Track broker leads and maintain internal reporting.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and support leadership with general administrative tasks.

 

IT & Administration

  • Act as first point of contact for IT issues; liaise with external providers.
  • Support staff onboarding/offboarding, including IT setup and building access.
  • Maintain email signatures, Microsoft 365 details, and internal documentation.

 

Events & Corporate Gifting

  • Organise lender & referrer visits and office events.
  • Manage corporate gifting (settlement hampers, pre-approval packs) and internal invoicing.

 

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Strong experience in office management, administration, or operations support.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Confident communicator with a professional, service-focused approach.
  • Comfortable coordinating IT requests and liaising with external providers.
  • Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
