About the Role

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an energetic Social Media Assistant to work with Tom Hawley, Director of Azura Financial. You will be working with Tom and his external digital agency to develop and execute his content strategy. This is an exciting new opportunity for an organised, diligent and inventive content creator who is passionate about social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a digital agency to develop and execute content strategy that reflects the brand profile
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and website updates, including videos and static posts
  • Manage and post real-time content, ensuring timely and relevant updates
  • Be up-to-date with social media trends and bring fresh energy and ideas
  • Create content via photography, videography and graphic design software (Canva, AI, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop)

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A passion for social media, content creation, and video production
  • A self-motivated individual with a creative mindset and an exceptional eye for detail
  • A creative flair, inquisitive mindset and ability to think outside the box
  • Willingness to learn, is self motivated and can work both autonomously and with the team
  • Demonstrated experience in social media trends and delivery
  • High level of resilience, energy and enthusiasm
  • An expert in instagram, Facebook and Tiktok, and proficiency with Canva, Photoshop or similar
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing is desirable
  • An interest in Financial Services is preferred but not essential
